Smokey chicken & rice (2)


Ingredients

large chicken breast on the bone
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 C wholegrain basmati
1 C chicken stock
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp tomato purée
2 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried marjoram
⅛ tsp Himalayan Rose Pink Herb Salt
1 yellow bell pepper
asparagus spears, tailed
spring onions, chopped
