Beef & kale cauliflower rice bowl |
Ingredients
1 tbsp raw coconut oil380g organic round steak mince
1 turkey breast fillet, thinly sliced (optional)
1 medium courgette, shredded and drained slightly
2 C curly kale, shredded
2½ C sautéed cauliflower rice
dried marjoram, to taste
1-2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
Tabasco sauce, to taste (optional)
freshly ground pepper, to taste (optional)
Method
- Heat a large bottom-heavy pan over medium high heat and then add in the coconut oil.
- Brown the steak mince and then add in the sliced turkey and sauté. Season with marjoram.
- Add in the shredded courgette and kale and sauté till gently cooked.
- Add in the cauliflower rice and sauté.
- Add in the tamari soy sauce and, if desired, Tabasco sauce and mix through.
- Season with freshly ground pepper if desired and serve immediately.
