Seared tuna steak with honey mustard dressing

Seared tuna steak with honey mustard dressing, soft boiled egg, blanched green beans, baby potato chips

Ingredients

tuna steak

green beans, topped & tailed, sectioned

large free-range egg

baby potato, sliced, soaked & drained
chicken fat (from previous night)

Ingredients for the honey mustard dressing

1 tbsp French mustard
1 tbsp organic honey
2 tbsp organic cider vinegar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
freshly ground pepper
