Potato pasta bake



Ingredients

4 garlic cloves
1 red onion, chopped
500g organic beef steak mince
Loyd Grossman Bolognese 
dried oregano

220g fresh cavatappi, cooked

2 vine-ripen tomatoes

3 Rooster potatoes, sliced

double concentrated tomato paste
water
dried oregano
Himalayan pink salt

cheddar cheese, grated

Layered (bottom to top): beef, pasta, tomatoes, potatoes
After baking in the oven for 40 minutes, top the pasta bake off with grated cheddar and return to the oven
Bake till the cheese melts and bubbles
