Tuna puttanesca with brown rice penne



Ingredients


4 garlic cloves, chopped
3 anchovy fillets
extra virgin olive oil
2 small bird's eye chilli
1 Loyd Grossman Puttanesca pasta sauce
3 tbsp double concentrated tomato paste
water
1 can tuna in springwater
dried parsley
coarse sea salt
Dove's Farm organic brown rice penne
