Beef balti with coriander turmeric rice

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)


300g lean beef steak, diced
10 closed cap mushrooms, quartered 
1 C frozen garden peas
1 C chickpeas, soaked & drained
1 Loyd Grossman Balti sauce
ground coriander, to taste
ground cumin, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste
lemon juice, to taste

1 C wholegrain basmati
2 C filtered water
ground turmeric, to taste
fresh coriander, chopped
