Fried pork with marjoram, charred Brussels sprouts with crackling, claypot rice with Cantonese sausages and sweet potatoes


Ingredients

Brussels sprouts, sliced
Pork chop, trimmed, bashed
marjoram

garlic, sliced
pork skin, rendered then fried

wholegrain basmati
filtered water
sweet potato, diced
Cantonese liver sausages, sliced (thick chunks)
