35th birthday dinner

organic strip loin, rosemary potatoes roasted in goose fat, sugar snaps, cheesy garlic biscuit, salsa pepolata
dark chocolate chai cake



Ingredients

200g organic striploin steak
coarse sea salt, to taste
ground black pepper, to taste
extra virgin olive oil, drizzle

baby potatoes, halved and soaked
2 tbsp goose fat
dried rosemary

sugar snaps

cheesy garlic biscuit

salsa pepolata
