Chilli & ginger beef stir-fry (2)


Ingredients

200g Irish angus fillet steak
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp gluten-free Worcester sauce
1 tbsp coconut oil
4 crushed garlic
2 red finger chillies
3 spring onions
1 red pepper
sugar snaps
ginger slices
