Seafood korma




Ingredients

coconut oil
4 garlic cloves, sliced
2 red chillies, chopped
20 shrimps, shelled and deveined
1 small aubergine, cut into sticks
1 squid tube, cut into ring-shaped sections
Loyd Grossman Korma
100g sugar snap peas
ground coriander
almond flakes, for garnish (optional)
