So taken I was with the beef & kale cauliflower rice, I had it for dinner again last night and made buttered pork tenderloin and sautéed lamb's liver to go with it.

Ingredients for the sautéed lamb liver
1 tsp coconut oilsmall cube of butter
2 garlic cloves, sliced
ginger, julienned
2 chestnut mushrooms, sliced
100g lamb's liver, sliced
